Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from The Halo Protocol at thehaloprotocol.com. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
1. Who we are
The Halo Protocol, based in Lithuania. Email: ironorgsupport@proton.me.
2. What you're buying
Our guides are educational digital guides about training, nutrition and appearance. Each one is a single HTML file that opens in any modern web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. The files have no copy protection and need no app or account. Each product page lists what the guide covers, its length and its price.
3. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to buy. We currently sell to customers in the European Union and the United States.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout, including any taxes that apply. Automatic discounts, such as money off two guides, are applied at checkout under the conditions shown on the site. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we never see your full card details.
5. Delivery
Guides are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, right after payment. Presale guides are delivered on their release day, as shown on the product page when you order. If your email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder, then email us.
6. Cancellations and refunds
See our Refund policy.
7. Using your guide
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to read and use the guide yourself. Please don't share, resell or publish the file or its content. We may correct errors or update a guide after you buy it; you keep the copy you received.
8. Health information
The guides are educational material, not medical advice, and don't replace advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. Talk to a doctor before you change your diet or training, especially if you have health concerns. Results vary from person to person and we can't promise a particular result.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your legal rights as a consumer.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first. Consumers can also contact Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
