Refund policy

Our guides are digital files, delivered by email right after checkout. A digital file can't be sent back, so this policy explains when you can cancel and get your money back.

Your 14-day right to cancel (EU buyers)

EU law usually gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content you receive straight away, that right ends once the guide is delivered, if you asked for immediate access and confirmed you understood this. We ask for that confirmation in a box you tick before checkout, and we repeat it in your order confirmation email.

If you bought without giving that confirmation, you can cancel within 14 days of your order for a full refund.

A guide that won't open or doesn't match its description

If a guide won't open, is incomplete, or doesn't match what its product page described, email us. We'll send you a working or corrected copy. If we can't, you get a full refund. This applies to every buyer, wherever you live, and doesn't limit any other rights you have under the law of your country.

Presale guides

You can cancel a presale order within 14 days of ordering for a full refund. If the guide isn't out by the release date shown when you ordered, you can also cancel any time after that date, until it's delivered, for a full refund.

Goal Stacks

A Goal Stack is one product. The rules above apply to the stack as a whole.

Other refunds

Apart from the cases above, we don't refund a guide once it has been delivered.

How to ask for a refund

Email ironorgsupport@proton.me with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request.
