Debloat Protocol

Cut the water that makes your face look puffy.

Most facial puffiness is water held outside your cells. Salt, potassium and carbs decide how much. The guide gives you a daily target for each, from controlled trials.

Drink more water. Cut all salt. Blame stress.

You’ve heard all three. In the research, one backfires the moment you slip, one changes nothing, and one has never been tested.

The guide shows which is which, and what to do instead.

After reading it, you’ll be able to

  • Set daily salt and potassium targets for the least water in your face
  • Pick carbs that fuel training without adding water to your face
  • Plan a salty meal around a photo or event, and know when it clears
  • Spot which debloat tips were tested and which are guesses

What you’ll find inside

  • Section 3Why the same litre of water can show on your face or not at all
  • Section 3How long one big salt spike takes to clear
  • Section 3The mineral that took 1.8 kg (4 lb) of water off people in a trial, with salt and calories held the same
  • Section 4The candy behind the biggest stress-driven water gain ever measured
  • Section 4Why “stress bloat” has never been shown in a study
  • Section 5The daily salt range that holds the least water, and why going lower backfires
  • Section 5Why anyone selling an exact mineral ratio is guessing
  • Section 5How many days a new salt habit takes to show on your face
  • Section 6How carbs add water to your face even with no extra salt
  • Section 6The one carb that scores well on both bloat measures
  • Section 7What happened to salt clearance when people drank almost 7× more water
  • Advanced · Section 8An option used in the looksmaxxing community, with its risks and what to monitor

Questions

Anything else? Email ironorgsupport@proton.me

Is this another “drink more water” guide?

No. Section 7 shows what a controlled trial found when people drank far more water. It’s a weaker lever than most people think.

Will this change my face?

It clears water that comes and goes. It doesn’t change bone or fat. If you’re fairly lean, less water shows more of your structure. At higher body fat it mostly shows fat, and the guide says so up front.

Do I need special products?

No. The core of the guide is daily food choices. The advanced section is optional and marked experimental.

What’s in the advanced section?

Section 8 covers an option used in the looksmaxxing community, marked experimental, with its risks and what to monitor. It’s educational, not a treatment plan.

How is it delivered?

By email, right after checkout. The guide is a single web page file that opens in any browser on your phone, tablet or computer, and every chart opens full size with a tap.

Can I get a refund?

The guide is delivered right away, so at checkout you confirm that your 14-day right to cancel ends once you receive it. If the file won’t open or the guide doesn’t match the contents listed on this page, email ironorgsupport@proton.me and it gets fixed or refunded.
