Refund policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026.
This policy explains when you can cancel an order from The Halo Protocol (thehaloprotocol.com) and get your money back. Our guides are digital content: each one is a web page file delivered by email, not a physical product. It applies to every buyer and does not limit any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
1. Your right to cancel. If you live in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you place your order.
2. When the right to cancel ends early. For digital content delivered straight away, your right to cancel ends as soon as the guide is delivered, but only if, before checkout, you asked for immediate access and confirmed that you understand you lose your right to cancel once you receive the guide. We ask for this by a box you tick before checkout, keep a record of it with your order, and confirm it in your order confirmation email. If you did not give this confirmation, you keep the full 14 days.
3. Presale guides. When you pre-order a guide that has not been released yet, you can cancel within 14 days of your order for a full refund, as long as the guide has not been delivered. If the guide is not delivered by the release date shown when you ordered, you can cancel at any time after that date and before delivery, and get a full refund.
4. Goal Stacks. A Goal Stack is sold as one product. These rules apply to the stack as a whole.
5. How to cancel. Send us a clear statement that you want to cancel, by email to ironorgsupport@proton.me, with your order number. You can use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you do not have to. You meet the deadline if you send your message before the cancellation period ends.
6. Your refund. If you cancel in time, we refund everything you paid for the cancelled order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. We refund to the payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to something else, and you will not pay any fee for the refund.
7. Guides that do not work or do not match their description. Separately from your right to cancel, you are entitled by law to digital content that works and matches its description. If a guide will not open, is incomplete, or does not match what its product page described, email us. We will first send you a working or corrected copy at no cost. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time, or the problem is serious, you can choose a price reduction or a full refund. This applies to every buyer, wherever you live.
8. Other cases. Apart from the cases above, we do not refund a guide once it has been delivered, because a digital file cannot be returned.
9. Contact. Questions about cancellations or refunds: ironorgsupport@proton.me. We aim to reply within two working days.
